Southampton County being very Sick and Weak do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in Perfect sense and memory First I Give & Bequeath unto Jesse Womble Elizabeth Womble Patience Womble Sarah Womble Mathew Womble Each of them one Shilling Item I give & bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Walter onw Shilling I give & bequeath to my Son James Evans all the rest of my Estate and I leave my son James Evans to be my Executor As Witness out hands this 7th Day of June 1749.
